More than 25 years experience in the commercial aviation industry in key areas such as Revenue Management, Fleet and Network Planning, Alliances, Regulatory, Sales and ACMI.
Guillermo, former member of the Star Alliance Management Board, has led multimillion dollar revenue and cost budgets and has advised board members and CEOs in several companies.
From airline alliances, commercial strategy design and execution, regulatory, etc. Guillermo has supported more than 10 airlines through out his career in different roles and missions, including two major mergers, and complex regulatory negotiations.
Guillermo holds an International Business Degree, and executive education from Harvard Business School and IATA.
Pedro Luna

Pedro has more than 37 years in the aerospace industry leading different areas such as ground handling and flight operations, quality assurance, safety, security, etc for leading airlines in the
world.
He has a proven track record in the design, development and implementation of different safety, QA, AVSEC, training and general operational and procedure manuals; as well as ample experience in ICAO’s 5-phase airline certification process and IOSA auditing and registry.
Pedro is an official IOSA (RBI) certified auditor, having advised more than 40 airlines on the process.
He has an MBA in Integrated Management Systems in Safety and QA from the Universidad de Vina del Mar in Chile

With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial and IT areas in the airline industry, Ricardo is an expert in all the major global distribution systems (GDS) and passenger service systems (PSS)
Ricardo has supported the implementation and migration of major IT tools for legacy carriers and LCC’s as well as start up airlines in the industry. This includes departure control, loyalty, revenue management, etc. systems.
From negotiations, evaluation and assessments of major IT systems to managing operational aspects of major interline and codeshare projects, Ricardo has supported more than 10 major airlines leading key enterprise initiatives

Rodolfo has been part of lATA Passengers Service Committee, and several industry working groups aimed at defining new ticketing and reservations standards. Also, as certified IATA instructor has conducted trainings among different airlines including GDS platforms
In the last 5 years he has led projects related to airline core systems, BPO efficiency and transformation in several airlines & other industries in Latin America working with different global providers.
Rodolfo holds a Master Degree in Business Administration specializing in e-commerce, with other degrees related to Project Management, focused on Agile
Eduardo Solórzano

Eduardo boasts more than 20 years’ experience in the flight operations areas of airlines, with a proven track record in flight operations, dispatch control, SOC/OCC, airports, and ground handling.
He has led projects for major airlines in SOC/OCC design and management, crew productivity and optimization, fuel-saving initiatives, operational and process transformation, and regulatory compliance.
Eduardo also has ample experience in IOSA management and compliance, multi-AOC model management from an operational view, and crew optimization. He holds an Engineering degree and an MBA, with executive education specializing in operations management.

Manuel boasts 18 years of experience in commercial areas, revenue optimization, and finance. He has provided support for decision-making for general management and led strategic planning initiatives. His expertise includes the development and maintenance of financial models and long-term projections, as well as the management of various information sources related to revenue, sales, operations, and finance. He is also proficient in the generation and automation of reports to support effective decision-making in commercial directorates.
He has a proven track record in maximizing airline revenue by monitoring forecasting strategies and optimizing revenue contribution to airline networks. His career includes roles such as Business Intelligence Manager for TagAirlines in Guatemala and Commercial Analysis and Business Intelligence Manager for Interjet in Mexico. He also served as a Senior Revenue Optimization Specialist for Taca Regional – Avianca Ecuador and Taca International, and as a Systems Auditor for HSBC.
